Started reading Jeff Galloway’s 5k/10K Running. I think I am going to follow his plan. Knee is still the same ( actually better i think).

One benefit that came out of my knee problem is that now I am/can focus on upper body training completely till the time knee heels. The running plan would now include walking too and hopefully things would be on Track. 

Woke up today and saw Ali Jones ( Nike+update on my Facebook  She ran 10 mi today. I was like whoaaa  this is amazing.. But then had to calm myself that she has been training for races from last year ( or may be earlier than that). So all i need is a better routine and a well defined plan to be back on track and soon take part in my first ever 5K.
