I have been running back again. Shins are doing good. I roll out my legs everyday for half an hour and have been doing it continuously from last month. And really really feel good.

Core is getting stronger and I can feel. GYM is really paying off. My buddy SAM is super awesome. It is so good to train with someone, ย just fulfilling and more fun.

June has been totally awesome month for my run. I have been running min 5K once a week and train on other days.

Have done so far 11.44 miles total in 4 runs. Hope to continue on this track.

    I also have been doing the same thing, but cause I am a girl I get criticized all the time, they go like you’re a show offer -_- and other…
