Started doing COACH feature in Nike RUN.Its pretty amazing. I am targeting 10 K run and Nike COACH has set 8 weeks program for me. It is going pretty smooth so far and have been blending the same with some yOGA cross training.
Since, I am married, things are different now. But I have learnt, that all it needs is better time management and all the goals can still be met. Below are some of my personal records, hoping to better them as I go into 10K. ( Though, I already did 10 K last year, but it has been one year and I need to get back to running. It’s one of those things that gives me an all time high, once I achieve the goal)
