I have been running back again. Shins are doing good. I roll out my legs everyday for half an hour and have been doing it continuously from last month. And really really feel good.
Core is getting stronger and I can feel. GYM is really paying off. My buddy SAM is super awesome. It is so good to train with someone, just fulfilling and more fun.
June has been totally awesome month for my run. I have been running min 5K once a week and train on other days.
Have done so far 11.44 miles total in 4 runs. Hope to continue on this track.
